Scope

These terms govern use of MyLivMain, a private application that manages advertising campaigns on Meta platforms through the Meta Marketing API. The application is internal. It is not offered to the public, sold, licensed, or made available for sign-up.

Eligibility

Only individuals holding an assigned role on the application — administrator, developer, or tester — may use it. Role assignment is granted by the application owner and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Permitted use

The application may be used only to view and manage advertising assets belonging to ad accounts the operator is already authorised to control. Operators must not use it to access, alter, or export data belonging to any other business.

Compliance with Meta terms

Use of the application is additionally governed by Meta's own agreements, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Advertising Standards, and the Business Tools Terms. Where these terms conflict with Meta's, Meta's terms prevail. Operators are responsible for ensuring the campaigns they run comply with all applicable advertising policies and law.

Operator responsibilities

• Keep access credentials confidential and never share them
• Revoke access promptly when it is no longer required
• Accept responsibility for all campaign changes and advertising spend initiated through the application

No warranty

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made as to availability, accuracy of reported figures, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application owner is not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue, campaign performance, data loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application.

Privacy

Data handling is described in the privacy policy. Removal of access is described in the data deletion instructions.

Changes

These terms may be revised at any time. The current version is always the one posted at this address, and the date above reflects the last revision.
