What this application is
MyLivMain is a private, internal tool. It is used by its own operators to manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms through the Meta Marketing API. It is not distributed to the public, has no consumer-facing interface, and offers no sign-up.
Who can use it
Access is limited to individuals holding an assigned role on the application (administrator, developer, or tester). No one else can authenticate against it or cause it to access data.
What data it accesses
When an authorised operator connects their Meta account, the application accesses only advertising data belonging to ad accounts that operator already controls:
- Ad account, campaign, ad set, and ad configuration
- Aggregate performance metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions
- Creative assets and product catalogue records
- Aggregate signal and dataset health metrics
- The operator's own Meta profile identifier and the Pages they administer
What it does not access
- Personal information about individual consumers or ad viewers
- Customer lists, contact details, or payment information
- Any data belonging to businesses other than the operator's own
- Message, post, or private communication content
How data is handled
Data is requested from Meta at the moment it is needed and used solely to review and adjust the operator's own advertising. No consumer profiles are built. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and no data is used for advertising targeting beyond the operator's own campaigns.
Storage and retention
The application keeps no persistent database of Meta data. Access credentials are held locally by the operator and expire on Meta's own schedule. Any working files created during a session are transient and are deleted once the work is finished.
Security
Credentials are stored outside version control and are never transmitted to any party other than Meta. All communication with Meta uses HTTPS.
Deleting your data
Because no data is retained, there is nothing stored to delete. An operator can revoke the application's access at any time from Meta Business settings or at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools, which ends all access immediately. See the data deletion instructions.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted at this address and the date above is updated.
